What warranty do you offer on secondhand items?

All secondhand, ex-demo or ex-display electronics that do not have a manufacturer's warranty come with a minimum 30-day warranty. If a warranty of longer than 30-days applies it will be  shown on your sales invoice. All warranty periods start from the invoice date.Private commission sales where we act as the agent only are supplied with a 30-day warranty.All items sold by us are supplied with a minimum 6-month warranty.

Do you offer collection for purchases through your website?

Our website shop is an online sales service only.  We use Royal Mail and UPS for delivery to the UK & Europe.

Are there additional fees for sales outside of the UK?

Since Brexit the UK is no longer a member of Europe and as such imports from the UK are subject to your local VAT rules.  In addition local Customs can delay delivery of items.  UPS items are usually delivered within 3 or 4 days unless detained.

Is VAT included?

VAT is only charged on orders placed for new equipment.  There is no VAT on secondhand items sold unless specifically shown in the item description.

Delivery services are specific to the item or items being purchased and the destination.  For delivery addresses within the UK Royal Mail Tracked 24 is suitable for lower value items offering up to £75 compensation for loss or damage in transit.  Royal Mail Special Delivery offers guaranteed next working day delivery with compensation up to £2500. For larger & bulky items we recommend UPS Next Day. We act as agents only for the purchaser in arranging delivery and cannot be held responsible for any shortfall in compensation from items lost or damaged where a fully insured option has not been selected.  By placing any order with us you are accepting transfer of any risk to your chosen courier.Delivery times quoted are approximate and we cannot be held liable for any shipping or customs delays as these are out of our control.Returns can be made within 14 days of purchase or if found to be faulty within any warranty period that may apply.
